Cumberland Sausages with Onion Marmalade

Description: Juicy Cumberland sausages served with a sweet and tangy caramelized onion marmalade.

Ingredients:
• 4 Cumberland sausages
• 2 large onions, sliced
• 1 tbsp brown sugar
• 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• Pinch of salt

Instructions:
1. Grill or pan-fry sausages until cooked.
2. Cook onions slowly in oil until caramelized (15–20 mins).
3. Add sugar and vinegar, cook another 5 mins.
4. Serve sausages with warm marmalade.
