Description:
Traditional British pork sausage spirals served over creamy mash with a rich caramelized onion gravy.
Ingredients:
• 2 large Cumberland sausages (or 4 regular)
• 1 onion, sliced
• 1 tbsp flour
• 1 cup beef stock
• 3 potatoes (for mash)
• 2 tbsp butter, 1/4 cup milk
Instructions:
1. Cook sausages until browned.
2. Fry onions until soft, stir in flour, then stock. Simmer 10 mins.
3. Boil and mash potatoes with butter and milk.
4. Serve sausage on mash, topped with gravy.
