Ingredients
2 lbs sirloin steak, cut into cubes
1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup beef broth
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp butter, cut into small pieces
Fresh parsley, optional, for garnish
Directions
1. Place the cubed sirloin steak right into your slow cooker—no need to brown it first.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper until everything’s blended.
3. Pour that savory sauce all over your steak cubes in the crockpot, making sure every piece gets coated.
4. Scatter the butter pieces over the top. This will make the bites extra rich and flavorful.
5. Pop the lid on and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, or on high for 3 to 4 hours. The steak will get beautifully tender either way.
6. Give the steak bites a good stir before serving. If you’d like a little color and freshness, sprinkle with some chopped parsley. These are delicious served over mashed potatoes, rice, or even enjoyed by themselves.
Dig in and savor every bite!
