Ingredients:
1½ lbs baby potatoes, halved
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
Salt & pepper to taste
Preparation:
Toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Place in air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 15–20 minutes, shaking halfway, until golden and crispy.
Serve hot as a side or snack.
