Mix ground meat with egg, breadcrumbs, garlic and onion powder, parsley, salt, and pepper, then form into meatballs and brown them in olive oil until golden on all sides. In the same pan, sauté sliced bell peppers with minced garlic, then stir in cream, Dijon mustard, paprika, and seasoning. Let it simmer gently before adding the meatballs back into the sauce. Finish with fresh parsley on top and serve hot!
