Description:
A layered comfort classic made with beef ragu, béchamel, and cheese — a British-Italian family staple.
Ingredients:
• 400g ground beef
• 1 onion, diced
• 1 garlic clove
• 1 can chopped tomatoes
• 2 tbsp tomato paste
• 9 lasagna sheets
• 500ml béchamel sauce
• 1 cup grated cheddar + mozzarella mix
Instructions:
1. Brown beef with onion and garlic. Add tomatoes and paste. Simmer 20 mins.
2. Layer ragu, pasta, béchamel, and cheese.
3. Bake at 180°C for 35–40 mins.
