Description: A rich, thick American chili made with ground beef, red beans, tomatoes, and plenty of onions.
Ingredients:
• 500g ground beef
• 1 large onion, diced
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 can red beans (400g)
• 1 can diced tomatoes (400g)
• 2 tbsp chili powder
• 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp paprika
• Salt, olive oil
Instructions:
1. Sauté onion and garlic, add beef and brown.
2. Stir in spices, tomatoes, and beans.
3. Simmer uncovered 25–30 minutes.
