Brazilian Feijoada

Description:
A hearty stew of black beans, pork, and beef — Brazil’s national dish, slow-cooked to perfection.

Ingredients:
• ½ lb pork shoulder
• ½ lb smoked sausage
• ½ lb beef chunks
• 1 cup black beans (soaked)
• 1 onion, chopped
• 2 bay leaves

Instructions:
1. Brown all meats, sauté onion.
2. Add beans, bay leaves, water. Simmer 2–3 hours.
