BBQ Beef Short Ribs

Description:
Tender beef short ribs slow-cooked and glazed in smoky BBQ sauce — classic American comfort food with a bold, sticky finish.

Ingredients:
• 1.2 kg beef short ribs
• Salt, pepper, garlic powder
• 1 cup BBQ sauce
• 1 onion, sliced
• 1 tbsp oil

Instructions:
1. Season ribs. Sear in oil until browned.
2. Add onion to a roasting pan, place ribs on top.
3. Brush with BBQ sauce, cover with foil.
4. Bake at 160°C (325°F) for 2.5–3 hours. Uncover last 30 mins.
