✨ Pan Seared Scallops with Garlic Butter & Fresh Herbs

Golden, buttery scallops kissed with garlic and herbs — this dish is a straight-up flavor bomb you don’t want to miss!

Ingredients:
• 1 lb large sea scallops, patted dry
• Salt & freshly ground black pepper
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 3 tbsp unsalted butter
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
• 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
• 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves (optional)
• Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions:
1️⃣ Prep the Scallops:
Dry scallops well to get that perfect sear. Season with salt and pepper on both sides.
2️⃣ Sear to Perfection:
Heat olive oil over medium-high heat until shimmering. Add scallops (don’t crowd the pan!). Cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden and opaque inside. Set aside.
3️⃣ Garlic Butter Sauce:
Lower heat to medium, melt butter in the same pan. Stir in garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add lemon juice, parsley, and thyme, then mix it all up.
4️⃣ Finish:
Return scallops to the pan briefly to coat them in the sauce, or simply spoon the sauce over them.
5️⃣ Serve:
Plate scallops, drizzle with garlic butter herb sauce, and add lemon wedges on the side.
Perfect pairings? Creamy risotto, mashed potatoes, or your favorite sautéed greens.
