Ingredients:
1 lb (450g) shrimp, peeled and deveined
4 cloves garlic, finely minced
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Salt and black pepper, to taste
½ cup heavy cream or half-and-half
½ cup shredded mozzarella or Gruyère
¼ cup grated Parmesan
¼ cup breadcrumbs (Panko preferred)
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly butter a baking dish.
2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes. Cook until fragrant (about 1 minute).
3. Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook just until they start to turn pink — about 1–2 minutes per side. Remove from heat.
4. Stir in the heavy cream and half the cheese. Mix gently to coat the shrimp.
5. Pour everything into the baking dish.
