Ingredients:
• 2 ribeye steaks
• Salt & pepper
• 2 tbsp butter
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 1 tsp chopped parsley
Instructions:
1. Season steaks and let rest at room temp.
2. Sear in a hot skillet 3–4 minutes per side.
3. Melt butter with garlic and herbs; spoon over resting steaks.
