Melty cheese, juicy beef, and that sweet-savory bacon jam… layered between buttery grilled bread. It’s a cheeseburger and a grilled cheese. Double the comfort, double the flavor.
📋 Ingredients
● 1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend is perfect)
● Salt & pepper to taste
● 4 slices sharp cheddar cheese
● 4 slices mozzarella or American cheese
● 8 slices sandwich bread or Texas toast
● 2–3 tbsp butter (for grilling)
● ½ cup bacon jam (store-bought or homemade—your call!)
📝 Instructions
1: Shape and Cook the Patties: Form beef into 4 thin patties, season with salt and pepper, and grill or pan-fry until cooked through and slightly crisp on edges.
2: Butter and Build: Butter one side of each bread slice. On the unbuttered side, layer cheddar, burger patty, spoonful of bacon jam, mozzarella, and top with another bread slice (buttered side out).
3: Grill It: Place on skillet over medium heat and cook until bread is golden and cheese is melted, about 3–4 minutes per side.
4: Serve Hot: Slice in half, drool, and devour.

🤤 Tip: Add caramelized onions or a fried egg if you really want to level up!
