Sweet and Savory Honey Pineapple Glazed Salmon

4 salmon fillets
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup pineapple juice
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Directions: π
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, pineapple juice, garlic, soy sauce, and olive oil.
Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper
Then place them in a baking dish.
Pour the honey-pineapple glaze over the salmon, ensuring it’s well coated.
Scatter the pineapple chunks around the salmon.
Bake at 375Β°F (190Β°C) for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
