Recipe for Ribeye Steak Sandwich

Ingredients:

For the Sandwich:
1 Fresh Baguette or Hoagie Roll 🥖
1 Ribeye Steak (6-8 oz) 🥩
4 Slices of Provolone or Swiss Cheese 🧀
4-5 Slices of Pepperoni or Salami 🍖
1 tbsp Butter 🧈
Fresh Parsley (for garnish) 🌿
For the Sauce (Optional):
2 tbsp Mayonnaise
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
1 tsp Horseradish (optional for a spicy kick)
Instructions:

Prepare the Steak:

Season the ribeye steak with salt and pepper on both sides.
Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat and sear the steak for about 2-3 minutes per side (for medium-rare). Adjust time based on preferred doneness.
Rest the steak for 5 minutes before slicing thinly. 🔥🥩
Toast the Bread:

Slice the baguette or hoagie roll in half lengthwise.
Spread butter on the inside and toast in a skillet until golden and crispy. 🥖✨
Assemble the Sandwich:

Spread the sauce (if using) on both sides of the bread.
Layer slices of steak, followed by pepperoni or salami, and top with cheese.
