🌟 Ingredients:
2 steaks (ribeye, sirloin, or preferred cut)
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup heavy cream
¼ cup beef broth
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp parmesan cheese
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
👩🍳 Directions:
Cook the Steaks: Season steaks generously with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook steaks for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare (adjust to desired doneness). Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Make the Garlic Cream Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant. Add beef broth and Dijon mustard, stirring to combine. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Add Cream and Parmesan: Lower heat, then pour in the heavy cream and stir in parmesan cheese. Simmer for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Combine: Return steaks to the skillet and spoon the garlic cream sauce over them. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to heat through.
Serve: Plate the steaks and drizzle with the creamy garlic sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley.
