Green beans and bacon potatoes πŸ₯”πŸ₯“πŸ½οΈ

Ingredients :
1 pound of fresh green beans, cut up πŸ₯’
1 1⁄2 pounds of potatoes (Yukon red or gold), halved or sliced ⁄2
6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled πŸ₯“
1 pack ranch seasoning mix 🌿
3 tablespoons of melted butter be

Instructions :
Cook the potatoes:

Cook the green beans :
In the same pot, boil water and cook the green beans for 5-7 minutes, until tender. Drain and set aside. πŸ₯’
Cook the bacon:

While the vegetables are cooking, fry the bacon in a pan until crispy. Remove the bacon and shred it Reserve 1 tablespoon of bacon grease in the skillet. πŸ₯“πŸ”₯

Making Ranch Butter:

Combine them all:
In the skillet with the bacon grease reserved, toss in the baked potatoes, green beans and crumbled bacon. Pour the butter ranch mixture over everything and gently toss to coat. πŸ₯“πŸ₯’πŸ₯“
